BOURBON
Considered an ancestral variety, characterized by its deep chocolate aroma, balanced and citric acidity, flavors of berries, plum and chocolate are frequent flavors in this variety, intense sweetness and caramel; with a creamy texture, they are innate characteristics of this variety.
Aroma: Chocolate, Brown sugar, Caramel, Fruits.
Body: Creamy and Silky.
Acidity: Citric, Fine, Balanced.
Flavors: Chocolate, Caramel, Berries, Plum, Honey.
PACAS
From ancestral lineage with national adaptation, the Pacas has the aroma of dried fruits, flowers and cocoa; flavors of almond, vanilla, and fine chocolate, structured and creamy body, maintaining citric acidity, and fine sweetness, discovered in El Salvador in 1949, a natural mutation of the classic Bourbon.
Aroma: Cocoa, Caramel, Dry fruits and Floral notes.
Body: Round and Silky.
Acidity: Citric and Pleasant.
Flavors: Chocolate, Cocoa, Grapes, Vanilla and Almond.
PACAMARA
Exotic varietal, characterized by intense aromas, very floral and fruity, eith an expression of bright and structured acidity, dense and juicy body, manifesting primarily tropical flavors of passion friut, peach, papaya, orange, mango ande pineapple. The fruity sweetness and notes of panela are characteristics of this variety created by geneticists in El Salvador, making it our national pride.
Aroma: Intense, Floral, Molasses, Jam and Fruity.
Body: Dense and Juicy.
Acidity: Structured and Bright.
Flavors: Peach, Papaya, Panela, Currant, Orange, Tea, Mango, Pineapple and Passion Fruit.
